#4 Condolence By Taycene Kelly Walter On January 15, 2020 @ 3:10 pm

I am Taycene Kelly Walter, second daughter of P. Joseph (Joe) Kelly. I am so sorry to see Uncle Bill pass. Yet I am, nonetheless, grateful he is now sound in mental judgement. He will be greatly missed but forever remembered.
My father, Joe, passed in April of 2018. My best memory is when Bill, Neil, Andy and Dad would get together to watch a Notre Dame game. What a ruckus! But the real fallout came in the morning.
