Wheeler William

William H. Wheeler, 67, of Fremont, OH passed away on February 8, 2021 at Regency Hospital of Toledo.  He was born on January 15, 1954 in Hudson, NY the son of Harvey H. and Johan C. (Craig) Wheeler.  Bill loved to work around his house and fix things.  He also enjoyed fishing, riding his bike, walking his dog and cooking.  Bill was also an avid Ohio State fan and going to the flea markets.

Bill is survived by his long-time companion Gloria Sepeda, Fremont.  He was very close to Gloria’s family including her mother, Angelita Sepeda and his Godmother, Julie Sanchez.

Visitation:  Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.

The use of face masks is required while indoors at all services. Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors. If you would prefer, you may express your condolences below or call the funeral home at 419-332-6409 to request that your name be signed in the guest book.

Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, February 12, 2021; 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 709 Croghan St., Fremont, OH.

Burial: Greenlawn Memory Garden, Clyde, OH

Memorials can be made to Gloria Sepeda.

So sorry sister for the passing of Bill your companion, your friend and my brother in law.We all pass good time with him and the whole Sepeda family he loved. He will always be in our hearts and memories. He is in a better place now with the rest of our angels.And don’t forget he will always be watching and protecting you, be strong keep having faith in God.He is our biggest protector and Savior. Love you sissy

As sailors and brothers would decree ” Bravo Zulu ” a life well lived our brother is sailing to his destination may it be Fair winds and Following seas he will be missed but we must celebrate his life for he is looking upon us with our savior by his side. My deepest condolences Gloria may our loving father sway your anguish and bring you nothing but fond memories. Hooyah brother!!!! For you have mastered your legacy.
