I attended Lake Point with Stan. I am a mother of 4 daughters. Our 3rd daughter would not have ANYTHING to do with any of the adults at church when she was younger… except Stan. Even at her worst Stan could always make her smile. He had such a warm heart and had a way of making people feel included and remembered. He will be thought of by our family and I can’t wait to see him again in heaven.

Stan became one of the family thanks to his friendship with Allison Barnes. Thank you Alli for letting us get to know Stan and become his friend too. I’m going to miss hearing “Hi Aunt Becky.” He loved the Lord and shared his joy in his smile. Stan was so kind. He was loved. He will be remembered and we will see you again in heaven Stan.

I am so sorry to hear about Stan. We went to school together and he used to be my neighbor. We would hang out on the deck together all the time. He always made me feel better. I had cancer and Stan asked every day how I was doing. I will miss you very much Stan the Man!
