I’m sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working, hunting/3d bow shoots and being friends with Dog. He taught me almost everything I know about carpentry and even more about archery. All around great man and friend. He will be missed!

I’m deeply saddened by this and am sorry for your loss of a great man! I was blessed to meet Scott (Dogger as I always called him) back in the mid-90’s when I worked summer jobs with him doing construction. He sort of took me under his wing and we grew to be great friends. I have many good memories of working with, hunting with, and going to 3D shoots with him over the years. He taught me many things and was one hell of a carpenter and hunter. Dogger would give you the shirt off his back and was truly a great friend! I will think of him every time I pick up my rifle, bow, or hammer! I will miss you buddy!!

I am very sorry to hear about Dog’s passing. Many good memories of him! When I told him I was going to Wisconsin for rifle season he made sure I had what I needed. He let me use a brand new 270 and the trip was a success! After we moved to Wisconsin he came up many times and we stalked to woods together and always had a great time. He was just a great guy! Rest easy brother Dog. Gonzo

I’m still in shock of hearing of Scott passing. We met while working on a habitat for humanity build. As we got to know each other we became fast friends and found that we were actually reconnected from school days long ago. He was a kind gentle generous man. I referred to him as my critter gitter. He also had an ornery streak and knew how to push my buttons on political facebook posts. We would go back and forth many times. I called uncle and he gave me a break. I miss him already! Enjoy Heaven my friend, until we meet again. Love Darla
