Robert L. Crawford, Sr. “Junebug”

Robert L. “Junebug” Crawford, Sr., 76, of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Pristine Senior Living of Fremont. He was born May 31, 1942 in Lambert, MS to Amos and Olivia Crawford, Sr.

Robert was self-employed as a concrete mason. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his children, Gloria (Armando) Valle, Robert L. Crawford, Jr., Kimberly Crawford, all of Fremont, OH and Kevin Crawford, Phoenix, AZ; Marilyn Matheny, Patricia Beach, both of Gary, IN, siblings, Catherine (James) Haegs, Leavenworth, KS, Olivia Moore, Mary (Anthony) Pope, Leon (Bessie) Crawford and David Crawford all of Lambert, MS, Willie Frank Crawford, Jackson, MS, Jack Crawford, Springfield, IL, Lawyer Crawford, Shreveport, LA; twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, McKenny and Norman Crawford; siblings, Willie Jean Crawford, Amos Crawford, Jr., Janie Mae McNutt, Mary Ann Robinson and Joann Crawford.

Visitation and Service: Friday, July 6, 2018, from 11:00 am until Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH. Services will begin promptly at Noon at the funeral home.

Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH
