
Robert L. Adams, 92, of Fremont, OH passed away on July 20, 2022 at Portland Place in Sandusky, OH. He was born on February 5, 1930 in Bloomville, OH the son of Gilbert and Irene (Hetrick) Adams. Bob was a graduate of Bloomville High School. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict where he was awarded the Korean Service Medal, UN Service Medal, Good Conduct and National Defense Service Ribbon.
Bob married Margaret “Peg” L. Olds on June 15, 1952 and she preceded him in death on February 9, 2014. Bob was the owner operator of Trico Glass for many years until he retired. He also enjoyed working in his yard, gardening and making stain glass. Bob loved his dog, Buffy.
Bob is survived by his daughters, Kay Adams and Sue Ann (Joseph) Albrechta both of Fremont; grandchildren, Kara Adams, David (Eleni) Albrechta, Leigh Anne (Jeffrey Smith) Albrechta; great grandchildren, Niko and Peri Albrechta; siblings, Donald (Judy) Adams, Findlay and Gilbert (Donna) Adams, Tiffin.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margaret “Peg” Adams; siblings, Leon, Loren, Gerald and Richard Adams.
Private services will be held for the family.
Burial took place at Lindsey Cemetery.
