I am so sad. Rita has been a client of mine for about 20 years. We shared a lot of laughs and our heartbreaks together. I will miss her as I know you all will. I know she will be happy to be with Chris and her sisters and parents because she missed them. She was a good friend and a great person. You have my sympathy.

Brad, David, and family,
I’m so sad to learn of Rita’s passing.
We’d lost touch over the years, but she was a good friend, a good woman. Seeing the photos of our days quilting and caring for the log cabin and store brought back lots of great memories. We laughed our way through a lot of life’s troubles. I’ll never forget telling the group about my late ex-husband teasing me by calling me an “old quilt bat”, not realizing the difference in the words and meanings. They all had such a great laugh about it that we had an official group name: The Quilt Batts.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ May she Rest In Peace.
