Joe and family, I am so sorry to hear of Rita’s passing. Rita and I worked together many years ago at the Dept. of Agriculture. I always enjoyed our lunches together, especially when we would spurge and go to the peanut shop and get pistachios, or on payday go to the hotel for a buffet. Prayers for you and your family.
