Sorry to hear about the passing of my classmate and former neighbor. I rember many evenings that I would meet up with Randy, Billy, Buzzy and several others in the project to play cowboys and indians, cops and robbers, or a game of baseball. It was usually pretty easy to get several guys together after supper because of the large number of kids who lived there. Sometimes it seems like yesterday and other times it seems like a 100 years ago. I’m so happy tha I got to see Randy and Billy at our 50th class reunion 3 years ago.

My sincerest condolences to my extended family during this time. Randy was a great man. Lots of times he would call me and we would talk about the Lord and what he was going to share on the radio for his next sermon. I enjoyed hearing what the Lord was putting in his heart to share. My prayers go out to Jerry & Brenda, Dolly & Jim, Buzzy & Kathy, Billy & Joyce, and all the grand-children. I pray that,
“… the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” (2Corinthians 1:2-4) Comfort each of you during this time.
Love & prayers-
Alex Close Jr. (Boog)
