Raelynn Grace Marie Van Dyke, 7 months, passed away on September 26, 2022 from Congenital Heart Disease. She was born on February 16, 2022, in Toledo, OH the daughter of Ralph and Chelsea (Radtke) VanDyke.
Raelynn in survived by her parents; brothers, Dakota, Phoenix and Koleman Van Dyke all of Fremont; grandparents, Ted Radtke, Green Springs, Christina Long, Vickery, Ralph Van Dyke Sr, Fremont and Robert Hall, Clyde; great grandparents, Cathy and Gary Long, Vickery, Ted and Zella Radtke, Fremont and David Urbine, Fremont; aunts and uncles, Kearstin Hall, Clyde, Austin Radtke, Clyde, Roselynn Van Dyke, Fremont, Dylan Radtke, Green Springs, Michael Van Dyke, Fremont, Cody (Hannah) Brigner and Kevin Brigner both of Waverly, OH and God Parents, Christina and Jason Tomczyk, Fremont.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Tanya “Mimi” Radtke and Faye Van Dyke; great grandmother, Grace Urbine and cousin, Colby Long.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Vickery Fire Hall, 5076 CR 247, Vickery, OH 43464
