Peggy J. Ross

Peggy J. Ross, 76, of Fremont, OH passed away on July 22, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 8, 1939 Buchanan Co., VA the daughter of Lautcha and Lillian (Shortridge) Ramey. Peggy married Albert J. Ross on June 5, 1965 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fremont, OH and he survives.

Peggy worked for K-Mart for over forty-five years until she retired in 2002. She was a member of Grace Community Church. Peggy enjoyed shopping and traveling with her sisters.

Peggy is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Albert Ross, Fremont; children, Julie (Robert) Bliss, Fremont and Robbie (Nichole) Ross, Clyde; siblings, Donnie Ramey, Kentucky, Mary Williams, Phyllis Ruggiero and Wanda Wagner all of Fremont, Larry Ramey, Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Kyle Bliss, Elizabeth and Christian Ross, Kaylie Bliss, Connor and Ella Ross; great grandson, Brady Bliss.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Shirley Dallas and Gary Ramey.

Visitation: Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.

Service: Wednesday, July 27, 2016; 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Forrest Kirchenbauer officiating.

Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH
