Sylvan J. Fisher, 91, of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Bellevue Care Center. He was born on May 31, 1935 the son of Dell and Alma (House) Fisher in Fremont, OH. Sylvan served in the United States Army. He married Cherell Young on May 1, 1965 in Fremont and she preceded him in death on August 6, 2024.
Sylvan was a machine setup and repairman for Eaton Control for thirty-five years until he retired. He enjoyed fishing and attending flea markets.
Sylvan is survived by his son, Trent Fisher, Fremont, OH.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cherell Fisher; daughter, Nicole “Nikki” Fisher.
Private graveside services will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Fremont, OH.
