Spencer J. Lutes

Spencer J. Lutes, 61, of Fremont, OH (formerly of Garden Grove, CA) passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at his home. Spencer was born on October 15, 1964 to Kenneth and Eleanor (Nitschke) Lutes Sr. in Long Beach, CA. He served in the United States Air Force in Minot, ND as a Freight and Packaging Specialist from October 1985 to October 1989. He earned the Training Ribbon and the Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon.

Spencer worked in the paralegal field in California for many years. He relocated to Fremont in 2020 after his mother passed to help care for his brother David.

Spencer is survived by his siblings, Kenneth, Linda, David, Michael; nieces and nephews, Chauntae (Shelbe), Jarred; great nephews, Judah and Griffin; cousin, Bret (Billie) Nitschke and many other cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no services at this time.

Memorials can be made in his honor to Flat Rock Care Center directed to the Bable House in support of his brother David where he resides.
