Scott A. Genzman

Scott A. Genzman, 59, formally of Fremont OH, passed away on October 13, 2023 in Punta Corta FL.  Scott was born to Roger and JoAnn Florian (Andrews) Genzman on September 4, 1964.  He was a 1982 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Scott was a sports fan, especially of the Ohio State Buckeyes and in his spare time he worked on and painted race cars.   

Scott is survived by his son, Caleb (Miranda Aldrich) Genzman, Fostoria, OH; sister, Beth (Jamie) Dales, Green Springs, OH; stepsister Danelle Sensabaugh, Middlesbrough, KY; stepbrother, John (Destiny) Florian, of Tennessee; grandchildren, Madilyn Genzman, Adrienna and Benjamin Genzman and father, Roger (Sherry) Genzman, Sun City West, AZ.

He is preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Florian; stepfather, John Florian and infant son, Bryan Genzman.

Visitation on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.

A celebration of life will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
