Rebecca Ann Fahrbach

Rebecca Ann (Berberick) Fahrbach, 58 died peacefully at home on Monday May 12, 2025 surrounded by her closest family after a courageous, several year battle of renal failure. She was born July 25, 1966 to Kay (Hossman) and Roger Berberick. Rebecca was a 1984 graduate of Perkins High School and received a degree in business and then a second degree in Nursing from Bowling Green State University.

A dedicated health professional Rebecca spent her formative years pursuing her altruistic passion as a nurse in ER, intensive care, and emergency services for St. Vincents, and McGruder Hospital and then in hospice for several years before retiring to her homestead on the bend of the Sandusky River. There she continued her desire to enjoy the human spirit by entertaining family and friends with her delicious food and vibrant personality. While spending her mornings and afternoons manicuring beautiful seasonal flower beds. Rebecca and David are dedicated members of the St Ann Catholic Church. Her family will forever be grateful for all the prayers and condolences expressed from the people that were graced by her care and wonderful presence. Rebecca will be eternally grateful to all of the nurses and workers at Davida Dialysis in Fremont and the staff at Heartland Hospice for the wonderful care received over the past several years.

Rebecca is survived by her husband -the love of her life David Fahrbach they were married June 6, 2008., her sons Jerod (Dakota) Smith and Nathan (Maria) Howey and blessed grandchildren Landon, Lola Penelope and Isaiah.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 9 to 10 a.m. at St Ann Catholic Church, 1011 W. State St., Fremont, OH. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church with her brother-in-law, Fr. Paul Fahrbach officiating.

Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials can be made in her honor to Heartland Hospice or National Kidney Foundation.
