Pete Danny Hernandez

Pete Danny Hernandez, 65, of Fremont, OH passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Parkview Care Center in Fremont, OH. Pete was born on December 16, 1960 to Pete A. and Andrea (Zuniga) Hernandez in Fremont, OH. He was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Pete was a Boilermaker and worked many years before he retired. He enjoyed fishing, cookouts and above all spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Pete is survived by his children, Dante Hernandez, Sandusky, OH, Pete Hernandez, Norwalk, OH; siblings, Gloria Quinones, Rozi (Paul) Cantu, Lillie Day, all of Fremont, OH, Tristen Hernandez, Fostoria, OH; grandchildren, Zoey, Ethan, Dezerae, Aleeyah, Isabella, Braydin, Mia, Creighton, Myles and Luca; one great granddaughter and one great grandchild on the way.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10:00 am to Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St. Fremont, OH 43420.

A Memorial Service will follow visitation, beginning at Noon at the funeral home.

Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
