Nancy Ann Horn

Nancy Ann Horn, 78, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away on September 26, 2026 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, OH. She was born on July 24, 1948 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Martin and Sophia (Klisz) Kuzma. She was a 1966 graduate of St. Joseph High School. She then received her bachelor’s degree in education from Bowling Green State University. She then attained her master’s in education from Eastern Michigan University.

Nancy married Thomas F. Horn on November 24, 1972 in Fremont, OH and he survives. She was long-time Catholic School Teacher at several schools in Michigan and Ohio. Nancy loved to teach, sew and read. She also enjoyed flower gardening, perch fishing and going out to eat. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Tom Horn; children, Thomas “Andy” (Miranda) Horn and Kate (Karl) Antesberger, all of Oak Harbor, OH; grandchildren, JT and Jack Antesberger and Wyatt Horn; mother, Sophia Kuzma, Fremont; siblings, Mike (Bonnie) Kuzma, Fremont, Denny (April) Kuzma, Henderson, NV, Pat Kuzma and Marianne (Al) Woessner both of Fremont.

She was preceded in death by her father, Martin Kuzma.

Visitation will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH. A memorial service will follow at 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made in her honor to Bishop Hoffman Catholic Schools.
