Marjorie A. Biehler

Marjorie A. Biehler, 98, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the Alpine House in Fremont. Marjorie was born on December 20, 1927 to Luther F. and Ruth E. (Barnholt) Hetrick in Oak Harbor, OH. She was a 1945 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. She married Donald Biehler on April 2, 1948 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor, after fifty-four years of marriage he preceded her in death on October 12, 2002.

Marjorie was an Office Manager for Moore Business Forms for twenty-three years. She also worked several other jobs including, Otis Mchinery Co. in Toledo, Union Carbide and National Rifle Matches Erie Army Depot. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Cross, Sandusky County Food Pantry, Memorial Hospital and Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed going for walks, playing cards and traveling.

Marjorie is survived by her sons, James (Carol) Biehler, Fremont, Michael Biehler, Fremont; grandchildren, Betsy, Kelly, Brad; two step grandchildren, J, Pamela; great-grandchildren, Reese, Ida; step great grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney, Lance and Alexandra; great great grandchildren, Isley, Scarlette and Ryze.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Biehler; sisters, Judith VanBrocklen, Sandra Roger and Virginia Hetrick.

Marjorie’s family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at the Alpine House and Buckeye Hospice for their loving care.

Visitation will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 10 am to 11am at St. John’s Evangelical Church, 122 W. Ottawa St, Oak Harbor, OH 43449.

A Memorial Service will take place at the church following visitation, beginning at 11:00 am.

Burial will take place at Union Salem Cemetery, where she will be buried next to her husband Don.
