Larry L. Beck

Larry L. Beck, 83, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Bethesda Care Center in Fremont. Larry was born on June 27, 1942 to Virgil and Helen (Hetrick) Beck in Fremont, OH. He was a 1960 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Larry attended Columbus Business College. Larry served in the United States Army Reserve for six years.

Larry married Linda Knight on February 16, 1963 in Columbus, OH and she survives. Larry was the Owner and Vice President of Beck Supplies for many years until he retired in 2005. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Fremont Elks. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping and yard work.

Larry is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Linda Beck; children, Christina (Charles) Hooven, Temperance, MI, Michael (Leticia Campos) Beck, Boston, MA, Leslie Beck, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Victoria Baum, Nicholas and Alissa Beck; several step-grandchildren; nephews, Dean and Brian Beck, Kevin Knight; niece, Anita Cory.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Beck and nephew, Douglas Beck.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 705 W State St, Fremont, OH 43420. Services will follow visitation at 11:00 a.m. the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Grace Lutheran Church, Fremont or American Kidney Fund.
