James "Fuzzy" Billow

James “Fuzzy” L. Billow, 72 of Fremont, OH passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, October 23, 2026 at St. Anne Mercy Health, Toledo, OH. He was born on April 27, 1954 in Fremont, OH to Glen “Fuzz” and Mary (Hartman) Billow. Fuzzy was a 1972 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Fuzzy married Anne E. (Keegan) in Bibo, New Mexico, on February 29, 2000, Leap Year. He worked for Park Ohio for many years as an electrical engineer until the company closed. He enjoyed playing pool and enthusiastically supported the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Fuzzy is survived by his wife of six leap years or twenty-six calendar years, Anne Billow, Fremont, OH; children, Chariti Billow, Hope Billow, James Billow, Michael (Lesa) Henry, Maggie (Shane) Cook, Michelle (Brandon) Kimmet; siblings, Debbie Graham, Kathy Lorek, Tom (Cathleen) Billow and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Brantley Kyle Kimmet and brother-in-law, David Lorek.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 from 4 to 7 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.

Services will be on Wednesday, October 28, 2026; 10:30 am at the funeral home.

Burial will follow services at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
