Jackie Lynne Kramer

Jackie Lynne Kramer, 73, of Fremont, OH passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Stien Hospice Care Center in Sandusky, OH. Jackie was born on January 13, 1953 to Dorsey and Marjorie (Kelly) Fowler in Johnstown, PA. She was a 1971 graduate of Henderson High School in Virginia. Jackie married Steve Kramer on October 10, 2010 at New Hope Vineyard Church in Fremont and he preceded her in death on October 21, 2014.

Jackie was a Jr. Graphic Designer at Terra State for many years where she was also the print shop supervisor. She also worked for Whirlpool and SE Heiman Company for many years. She enjoyed Sewing and spending time with her family and pets.

Jackie is survived by her sons, Rex Kinsey, Fremont, OH, Jay Kinsey, Clyde, OH; grandson, Dawson Kinsey; former husband Gregg Kinsey; nephew, Kelly (Cindy) Fowler, Dallas, TX; several nieces and nephews; dog, Allie and many cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Steve Kramer; brothers, Bill Fowler and Tom Fowler.

It was Jackie’s wish to not have services at this time.

Memorials can be made in her honor to the Humane Society of Sandusky County.
