Isabel B. Avalos, 91, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Toledo ProMedica Hospital. She was born on November 19, 1932 in Welder, TX to Marcos and Viviana (Segura) Bocanegra.
Isabel married Arturo R. Avalos and he preceded her in death on September 19, 1998. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking, crafting, sewing, fishing, gardening and playing bingo
Isabel is survived by her children, Daniel Avalos, Fremont, OH, Rita Tracy, Wooster, OH, Jose Avalos, Greenville, OH; brother, Alejandro Bocanegra, Fremont, OH; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; brothers, Ignacio Bocanegra, Marcos Bocanegra and sister, Manuela Garza.
Isabel’s wishes are for her services to be private for the family.
Memorials can be made in her honor to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 709 Croghan St, Fremont, OH 43420.
