Heidi Jo Alejandro

Heidi Jo Alejandro, 43, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 surrounded by her family. Heidi was born on February 7, 1983 to Hector Alejandro and Charles and Cynthia (Kiser) Kempher in Fremont, OH. Heidi was a 2002 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Heidi was a DSP for over ten years and worked as a DSP for ISS for many years. She was dedicated to serving the special needs community and her passing has been a huge loss to them. She loved them and was a genuine friend to the community. Heidi cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed sitting on her porch and cooking her Mexican rice and tres leches cake. Heidi was an avid Fremont Ross Football Fan and loved the football community she gained over the years. She was always chatting with her “Lyfted Boos” Facebook group.

Heidi is survived by her lifelong partner, Kenny Britton Jr.; children, Kalijah (Baleigh Robinson) Alejandro, Fremont, OH, Katelyn (Donovan) McMaster, Sandusky, OH, Ka’ mar Belle, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Key’ior, Kay’ari and one granddaughter on the way, Harper; sisters, Kelly Storrs, Rosalinda (Dan Perry) Alejandro, Jenny (Daryl) Trenter, all of Fremont, OH; many nieces and nephews that she loved as her own and aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Cynthia (Kiser) Kempher; father, Hector Alejandro; grandparents; two nephews and many aunts and uncles.

Visitation will take place on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 12 p.m. at the funeral home, with an hour of visitation prior to the service.
