Frances J. Connor

Frances “Fran” J. Connor, 78, of Fremont, OH passed away on May 21, 2025 at her home. Fran was born on April 23, 1947 to Robert F. and Jessie J. (Sullens) Adams in Dahlonega, GA. Fran married Bruce C. Connor on September 1, 1978 in Clyde ,OH and he preceded her in death on June 22, 2024.

Fran worked for Eaton Controls as an operator for many years until she retired to be a housewife and care for her children. She loved her cats, Lucy, Myra and Oochae. She enjoyed gardening, reading and the outdoors.

Fran is survived by her children Stacey (David) Hunt of Sandusky, OH, Jackie (Greg) Hess, Bellevue, OH; grandchildren, Brittany (Keith) Bodi of Sandusky, OH, Tori (Devan) Bath, Castalia, OH, Aliyah Hunt, Janelle (Alex) Schlottag, Justine Hess, Joellee Hess, Griffin Hess; great-grandchildren, Dustin and Ellie Bath; siblings, Vickie (David) Warren, Bethel, OH, Sara (Steve) Whitman, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Bruce C. Connor.

A private burial will take place at a later date at McGormley Cemetery.

Memorials can be made in her honor to The Sandusky County Humane Society.
