Elizabeth J. Gulick, 95, of Green Springs, OH, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at home. She was born on January 15, 1931 in Springfield, WV to Rondal and Myrtle Lee (Mullins) Powers.

Elizabeth married Irvin Gulick on December 24, 1948, in Cumberland, Maryland. Irvin preceded her in death in 1992. She devoted her life to being a homemaker and a mother, creating a loving home for her family. Elizabeth was an active member of several organizations, including Butternut Ridge Church, the Eagles, Moose, VFW, and the American Legion. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and was fond of watching races at Fremont Speedway and Attica. Elizabeth also loved watching football and baseball, sharing her enthusiasm for sports with family and friends.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Alice (Carl) Jones, Green Springs, OH, Brenda (Gary) Freeze, Republic, OH, James Gulick, Washington Court House, OH; brother, Paul Powers, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Kelli (Chuck) Singer, David (Kelly) Gulick, Crystal Gulick, Jacob Gulick, Nicole (Chad) Myerholtz, Carl Nathan Jones, Jamie Preston; fifteen great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Keith Gulick; infant daughter, Elizabeth Gulick; granddaughter, Tracie Howard; brothers, Raymond, Blaine, Norman “Bud” and Bill Powers and an infant brother.

A private burial will take place at Butternut Ridge Cemetery.

Memorials can be made in Elizabeth’s honor to the American Cancer Society.
