Dwain “Dee” Albert Kelley, 54, passed away on January 30, 2026 in Fremont. He was born on April 13, 1971 to Leila Mae Kelley in Fremont, OH. Dwain was a 1989 graduate of Gibsonburg High School and attended Clyde City Schools. Dwain previously worked for the City of Dublin for ten years.
Dwain enjoyed sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Columbus Blue Jackets and North Carolina Tar Heels, playing KENO, coloring, taking nature walks, sprint cars, darts and playing pool. When his children were younger, he coached them in many sports.
Dwain is survived by his children, Cameron Mooney, Ashley Kelley, Alexander (Isabella) Kelley, Adam “AJ” Kelley; siblings, Heather (Teddy) Kelley, Angela (Robert) Mesler, Melissa (Marvin) Lane Estes, Don (Katie) Lane; father, Alonzo Lane and cousin, Jim (Sarah) Stull.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Leila.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026 from Noon to 4:00 pm at the Clyde VFW, 847 W Maple St, Clyde, OH 43410.
Memorials can be made in his honor to the Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
