Dorothy R. Farson

Dorothy R. Farson, 91, of Fremont, OH passed away on May 28, 2021 at her home. She was born on November 28, 1929 in Avella, PA the daughter of Emile and Antoinette (Fialon) DuBois. She married Edward Farson on March 27, 1948 and he preceded her in death on June 23, 1986.

Dorothy was a homemaker and enjoyed painting, art projects, reading, puzzles, cooking and yardwork. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Gary (Eileen) Farson, Bowling Green and Edward (Christine) Farson, Fremont; daughter-in-law, Chris Farson, Fremont; brother, Marcel DuBois, Des Moines, IA; grandchildren, Stacie (Ryan) Schiets, Timothy Farson, Beth (Dustin) Lee, DeeAnn (Mike) Lento, Jessica Farson and Janelle (Eric) Castelan and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Farson; son, Larry Farson; siblings, Bertha Bickhart, Raymond and Emile DuBois.

Graveside service will take place on Thursday, June 3, 2021, 1:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery.
