Diana Lee Carrothers

Diana Lee Carrothers, 78, of Fremont, OH, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Bethesda Care Center in Fremont. Diana was born on May 12, 1947 to John and Anna Marie (Metz) Keck. Diana married Elmer "Jr." J. Carrothers, Jr. on October 22, 1971 in Fremont and he preceded her in death on September 28, 2008.

Diana was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing Bingo and games on her phone. She also enjoyed scrolling Facebook. Diana was a previous member of Harvest Baptist Temple in Clyde.

Diana is survived by her children, Elmer "Charlie" (Rebecca) Carrothers III, Jeffrey Carrothers, both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Jessica, Tabatha, Lindsey (Liz), Tricia, Brianna, Chase and sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter on the way; siblings, Floyd "Sonny" Keck, Rick Keck, Steve Keck.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Elmer "Jr." J. Carrothers, Jr.; siblings Steve Keck Sr., Phyllis Twiss, Barb Leanard.

Visitation will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 11-1 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home & Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Services will follow visitation starting at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery.

Memorials can be made in her honor to Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home for the remaining cost of services.
