Crystal B. Cook

Crystal B. Cook, 55, of Fremont, OH passed away surrounded by her son and brother on April 16, 2024. Crystal was born on August 8, 1968 to Lavern and Barbara (Keck) Leonard in Fremont. She was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Vanguard Tech Center. 

Crystal was a cook at Valley View Health Campus and Countryside Manor Healthcare for many years. She enjoyed drawing and coloring books.

Crystal is survived by her children, Sam “Sara” Sayer and Austin Cook both of Fremont and siblings, Anna Mote, Donald Leonard, Debara Dunfee, Lavern Leonard and John Leonard all of Fremont and Lisa Goostree of Southern Ohio. 

She is preceded in death by her parents. 

It was Crystal’s wishes to have no services at this time. 

Memorials can be made in her honor to the family.
