Clyde White

Clyde White, 90, of Fremont, OH, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, April 17, 2025. He was born on April 21, 1934 to Jonas and Victoria (Rogers) White.

Clyde married Viola Keathley in 1954 and she preceded him in 1972. He married Ruth (Newsome) Kiser in 1977 and she preceded in 2013. Clyde retired from Heinz Company after many years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, bird watching, being outdoors, word search puzzles and watching Pro Wrestling. Clyde was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Clyde is survived by his children, Doddie (John) Hamilton, Lottie Miller, Jacqueline Santoriello; twins, Janet Yates and Gene (Norma Jean) White, Jeremy Kiser; beloved step children, Betty Jervis, Iva Hart, Christline (Bob) Cook, Eloise Starks, Sheryl Ann Kiser, Connie (Rob) Gratz; grandchildren, Theresa, John Michael, Danny, Vanetia, Rodney, Michael, Venus, Scott; aunt, Ivalee Rogers; numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Viola White; second wife, Ruth White; infant son, Clyde White Jr; step son, Harold Kiser and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.

Services will be on Friday, April 25, 2025 beginning at 11:00 am at the funeral home with a visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Burial will take place at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Adams Twp.

Memorials can be made in Clyde’s honor to the Donor’s choice.
