Nancy A. Patrick, 66, of Tiffin, OH passed away on March 25, 2016 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She was born on February 28, 1950 in Tiffin the daughter of Ralph and Thelma (Woesner) Cogar.
Nancy married Dallas Patrick on July 15, 1983 in Fremont and he survives. She was a homemaker.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Dallas Patrick, Tiffin; children, Janette Damron, Tiffin, Sharon Fisher, Clyde, David Fisher, Tiffin and Dallas “DJ” Patrick, Akron; grandchildren, Jazzmine McNew, Ryan Horsley, Zackery, Nicholas and Michael Fisher, Aaliyah Kleinhenz and Matthew Smith; siblings, Shirley Moreno, Allison Fields and Randy Cogar all of Fremont.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Eileen Bailey, Janet Fisher and Michael Cogar.
Visitation: Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church 620 Brown St., Clyde, OH.
Memorial Service: April 2, 2016 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the church.
