Milo C. Bragg

Milo C. Bragg, 64, of State Route 590, Bettsville, OH passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Fremont, OH. He was born on October 12, 1948 in Fremont to Elmer C. and Mary Ruth (Maurer) Bragg.

Milo served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal; Vietnam Campaign Medal and Combat Action Ribbon.

Milo married Mary Jane Breitenbach on October 30, 1971 at St. Joseph Church in Tiffin, OH and she survives. He worked as a union laborer in L.U. 480 in Sandusky, OH for thirty-three years and retired in 2008.

Milo was a member of the American Legion in Bettsville, OH and the VFW in Fremont. He was also a member of the Isaac Walton League in Fremont, Hawkeye’s Muzzle Loading Rifle Club, Sandusky County Sportsman Club, NRA and National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association. He was a life long competitive shooter and Muzzle Loading Rifle gun smith, collector of traps and antique tools. He enjoyed woodworking and was a “Jack of all trades”.

Milo is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Mary Jane Bragg, Bettsville, OH; son Jesse (Kym) Bragg, Fremont, OH; granddaughter, Elle Bragg, Fremont, OH; siblings, Helen Uline, North Olmstead, OH, Kathryn Heinrich of Florida, James, Joseph and Brent Bragg, all of Fremont, OH, David Bragg, Gibsonburg, OH, Shirley Robarge, Clyde, OH and Cheryl Williams, Risingsun, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Paul and Mark Bragg.
