
Marie A. Hill, 67, of Fremont, OH passed away on December 17, 2020 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH surrounded by her family. She was born on September 4, 1953 in Newbern, TN to Elgie Hill and Rose (Wynn) Brown. She was a 1972 graduate of Marion High School in Indiana. Marie was employed at Brush Wellman for over thirty years until she retired in 2015. She enjoyed cooking, crafts, reading, home shopping and spending time with her family.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Danielle Brown of Westerville, OH; siblings, Diane Peters, Robert (Anna) Brown, Jr., Willie Joe (Rhonda) Brown, Mark (Tina) Brown, Debra Haralson, Mary Brown, Regina Staples all of Fremont, OH, Frederick Brown, Findlay, OH, Michael Brown, Indianapolis, IN and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Brown and sister, Minetta V. Brown.
Visitation: Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 9 a.m. to Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
The use of face masks is required while indoors at all services. Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors. If you would prefer, you may express your condolences below or call the funeral home at 419-332-6409 to request that your name be signed in the guest book.

My cousin Nettie and I had such a great time as kids visiting our great-grandmother in Tennessee. Granny would let Nettie and I, go into town and buy all kinds of junk and then let us stay up at night watching TV.
