
Marian R. Mach, 87, of Fremont, OH passed away on April 5, 2015 at Valley View Healthcare Center. She was born on January 28, 1928 in St. Joseph, Berrien Co, MI to Paul and Anna (Barfelz) Pagel. She was a 1946 graduate of St. Joseph High School in St. Joseph, MI.
Marian married Walter E. Mach on March 6, 1948 in St. Joseph, MI and he survives. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Alter Guild for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and needlework. Marian also loved to go to the library and read books.
Marian is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, Walter Mach, Fremont; children, Chuck (Debra) Mach, Centerville, OH and Lori (Oscar) Marroquin, Lake St. Louis, MO; sister, Dorothy Hauch, St. Joseph, MI; grandchildren, Alex (Lauren) Mach, Plain City, OH, Jenna Mach, Centerville, OH, Jackie (AJ) Wilkes, St. Louis, MO, Molly Marroquin, Maplewood, MO, Adam and Troy Marroquin both of Lake St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Alvin Pagel, Norman Pagel and Lucille Radies.
Visitation: Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
Service: Wednesday, April 8, 2015; 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor James Avers officiating.
Burial: Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont
