Lisa J. Saam

Lisa J. Saam, 52, of Fremont, OH passed away at her home on Sunday, August 14, 2022.  She was born July 18, 1970 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of James and Ernestine (Sutherland) Flick.  She was a 1988 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.  Lisa married Douglas Saam on October 26, 2001 in Fremont and he preceded her in death on July 7, 2007.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching TV shows and doing puzzles.  Lisa also loved spending time with her family.

Lisa is survived by her children, Tricia Saam, Trina Saam, DJ Saam and Lesley Saam, all of Fremont, OH; two grandchildren; father, James Flick, Sandusky, OH; siblings, Kathryn (Dave) Hunter, South Bend, IN,  Patrick Flick, Toledo, OH, Steven (Deanna Link) Flick, Castalia, OH; nieces and nephew, Taylor Flick, Lindsay (Eric) Adams, Spencer Flick, Madeline Flick, Kimberly, Bethany Hunter and Joseph (Kelley) Hunter; four great nieces and Mercedes Thomas who she was currently raising.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ernestine Flick; husband, Douglas Saam and niece, Jenni Hunter.

Visitation:  Friday, August 19, 2022, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Services will follow at 12:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to her children care of Lindsay Adams.
