
Lee Lindsey, 63, of Fremont, OH passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born May 11, 1952 in Dublin, MS to Howard and Easter (Moore) Lindsey.
Lee worked for Kelsey Hayes Foundry, Whirlpool and Goodwill Industries. He enjoyed playing baseball, cards, shooting pool and spending time with family and friends.
Lee is survived by his children, Tony (Dawn Luster) Lindsey, Fremont, OH, Jalisa Pitts, Toledo, OH; companion, Valencia Jones; step children, Joseph, Christopher and Ricky McDonald; siblings, Cora Heidelburg, Elmeanor James, Viola Johnson and Stanley Lindsey all of Fremont; fourteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Easter Lindsey; sister, Dorothy Gamble; brothers, John, Sonny and Curtis Lindsay, Sr.
Visitation: Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Service: Wednesday, December 16, 2015, Noon at the funeral home with Rev. Lorna McKinstry officiating.
