Keith “Wedo” V. Fought, 53, of Burgoon, OH passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. He was born on November 3, 1964 in Toledo, OH, the son of Keith I. and Vitalia (Rendon) Fought. He was a 1981 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Keith graduated Suma Cum Laude from Terra State Community College with a degrees in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
Keith married Sharon Sergi on June 9, 2008 at Heritage Church in Fremont and she survives.
He worked for Central Soya and retired in 2005. He enjoyed go carts, walking, fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Keith loved his dogs. He had a kind heart and loved spending time with family and friends. Keith was a man of faith and lived “The Word of God:”.
Keith is survived by his wife of ten years, Sharon Fought, Burgoon, OH; children, Rachael (Bobby) Russell, Fremont, OH and Alicia Mitchell, Findlay, OH; mother, Vitalia Fought, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Noah Smith and Maleah Crow; step children, Hallie Pettiford, Maumee, OH; Joshua Michaels, Fremont, OH; siblings, Kenneth (Peggy) Hill, Gibsonburg, OH, Linda (Dan) Kreilick, Helena, OH, Michael (Chris) Hill, Fremont, OH, Cheryl (Doug) Eckert, Bellevue, OH, Larry (Sheryl) Fought and Diane (Louie) Duskin both of Fremont, OH; brother-in-law, Paul Riehm, Tiffin, OH; step grandchildren, Eric, Brearie and Brynly Pettiford, Analeigha, Lilliana and Maximus Michaels; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Keith I. Fought and sister, Lorri J. Riehm.
Visitation: Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.
Service: Monday, May 7, 2018; 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Shirley Stacey officiating.

So sad to hear of Keith’s passing! I worked with Keith at McDonalds in Fremont and he was in our wedding 31 years ago! My deepest condolences to the family! Prayers of peace and healing for all of you!
