Kathy E. Harger, 55, of Green Springs, OH passed away on November 17, 2017 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 31, 1962 in Clyde, OH the daughter of the late Daniel and Nancy (Sutton) Kauble. She was a 1980 graduate of Clyde HS.
Kathy married her high school sweetheart and best friend, Mark A. Harger on December 20, 1980 at Green Springs United Methodist Church and he survives. She was the co-owner of M & K Village Pub with her husband for many years. She had also worked for PK’s Catering, McClain’s Restaurant and most recently at Paw Patch Veterinarian Services, Clyde, OH where she had many friends.
Kathy loved dancing, cooking, all animals and her dogs, Bob, Buzz and Binky. Her true love was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Kathy is survived by her husband of thirty-six years, Mark A. Harger, Green Springs, OH; children, Nicholas D. Harger, Columbus, OH and Amanda (J.J.) Sauber, Tiffin, OH; grandchildren, Kendall and Evan Eilrich and Shiloh and Shelbi Sauber; siblings, Christine Smith, Clyde, Kevin (Bridget) Kauble, Fremont and Kurt (Elena Molina) Kauble, Germantown, MD and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kelly Kauble.
A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow until 6 p.m. at Anjulina’s Catering and Banquet, 2270 Hayes Ave., Fremont, OH. Anyone wishing to donate food please contact Regina at Anjulina’s (419)333-0045.
