Judy A. Hufford, 85, of Vickery, OH passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was born April 19, 1937 in Bellevue, OH to Charles M. and Katheryn M. (Swartz) Logan. She attended Fremont Ross High School. Judy married Harold “Juney” Hufford, Jr. on June 11, 1955 at Shilo United Brethren Church in Helena, OH and he preceded her in death on June 25, 2001. Judy and her husband owned and operated Hufford Sales and Auction for many years. She enjoyed flea markets, horseback riding, word puzzles, reading, and cooking. She also loved her dog, CJ.
Judy is survived by her children, Dianne Lynn (Richard) Stetler, Clyde, OH, Michael J. (Vickie) Hufford, Holmesville, OH and Bill J. Hufford, Rushville, IN; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchild and one great-great granddaughter.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Hufford; son, Scott Lee Hufford.
Visitation: Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St. Fremont, OH 43420.
Services will take place at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Private burial will take place at York Free Chapel Cemetery.
Memorials can be made in Judy’s honor to the American Heart Association.
