Joyce Brickner was my Aunt and my God-Mother. She was a wonderful person, always very loving, kind and with a smile on her face. I remember all the holidays, birthdays and special occasions at her home, and the wonderful Hungarian cooking from her kitchen. She was a superb Hungarian chef. I will always treasure our memories of her, and her kindness for so many years! Our condolences to her family, to my cousins Mike, Patty and Greg, and all her grandchildren. Our prayers go out to all of you. Aunt Joyce is now resting with God in her garden in Heaven, and has been reunited with Uncle Gerard and our Grandparents, Julius and Julia Molnar! God Bless!

Fr Joseph Brickner
Dear Patty, Mike, Greg, and All the family. My deepest prayers and thoughts go out to you. Aunt Joyce was, like Uncle Gerard, a wonderful Godparent for me and they were a wonderful aunt and uncle. I always enjoyed visiting and appreciated her joyful and dedicated spirit, not to mention her Hungarian cooking! Most of all I am grateful for her faith and love of God. Sacred Heart parish indeed was blessed to have her there. I am praying for all of you. You might remember Our Lady of Consolation shrine not far from where I grew up. May Our Lady of Consolation strengthen you and grant you the joy of your mother being where she always desired to be. I have been praying that Aunt Joyce is enjoying the presence of the One who gives more than earthly life–eternal life. God bless you cousins,
Fr Joseph Brickner
