    Oh Dear Joyce,
so sorry to read of this lady’s passing. I worked for years with her at Ohio Bell Telephone Co. Before I went into the business office we were co-partner long distance operators. Joyce had a lot of yearly seniority over me, and whenever I needed a Friday, Saturday or Sunday (date nite), or just wanted to be off duty on a holiday, Joyce was the first one to step (jump)up and sign into my spot. Nobody could tell a story, joke or just make me laugh like Joyce. I will forever be grateful to her for her being my coworker and friend. I will miss her, but forever have good thoughts of her in my heart.
    With Deepest and Sincerest Sympathy,
    Cindy~Forsyth~Rizzardi

To All of Miss Joyce! What a wonderful, fun, loving person! Guy, you were her caregiver for many years, remembering when you first met her, she loved you and appreciated you through all of your years together. Mark, you were a son she always loved unconditionally and I am so sorry you have lost your dear wife Cheryl and Mother in the same year. Rhonda, you are the pillar of the family, always giving thanks to all of us. Tammy, you remind me of your Mother, always smiling and taking time to talk, which your Mother would always do for us. For Jimmy, they are now together, watching over ALL of you! What a GREAT person Heaven has gained, though we have lost, she will always be remembered by her infectious smile and wit! Joyce and I have a common bond, we are twins, something that is rare. I remember Joyce calling Grandma Evie, Cheryl calling Uncle Rocky a friend, Mom living three doors down from you all, I am sure they are greeting each other in Heaven. A Mothers love is like no other, we will miss them so, they are now our forever Angels sent from God above. God brings things to fruition, we will all be together again! Call when you can, 419 307 6792. Son of Pennie Paulus Wilhelm, Grandson of Evelyn Paulus (Ohio Bell Operator), Nephew of Rocky Paulus. Terry Wilhelm
