Joshua John Hill, 43, of Bellevue, OH passed away at his home on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was born on August 3, 1979 in Fremont, OH to Alan J. Hill and Patricia (Ortiz) Webb. He was a 1999 graduate of Clyde High School. Joshua was currently working at Autokiniton for the past seven years. He married Cheryl L. Milks on May 21, 2022 in Gatlinburg, TN and she survives in Bellevue. Joshua was a member of Lowell Street Baptist Church in Elyria, OH. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and all sports, especially Sprint Cars which he raced for several years.
Joshua is survived by his wife, Cheryl L. Hill, Bellevue, OH; children, Payton, Jennica, Zach and Hannah; parents, Alan “AJ” (Michelle) Hill, Green Springs and Patti (David) Webb, Green Springs; siblings, Jason (Jami) Hill, Jessi Hill, Brad (Kristen) Brininger and Dylan Hill, all of Green Springs, OH; grandmothers, Mary Strait, Clyde, OH and Wavelene Carlson, Green Springs, OH; mother-in-law, Aleathia “Teady” Milks, sisters-in-law, Rebecca Milks and Tabitha Milks, all of Elyria, OH and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who he grew up with and made along the way.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan and Minerva Ortiz; John and Evelyn Hill; Raymond Strait and Tony Webb; uncle, Gregg Hill and aunt, Avis Tuttamore.
Visitation: Friday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 211 N. Broadway St, Green Springs, OH.
Services: Saturday, November 5, 2022, 10:30 am at the funeral home with Rev. Anthony S. Woodyard officiating.
Burial: Green Springs Cemetery
