Joseph F. Mange, Jr.

Mange Joseph Jr

Joseph F. Mange, Jr., 75, of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee, OH. He was born May 4, 1941 in Fremont, the son of Joseph and Frances (Brunner) Mange, Sr.

Joe married Linda (Swander) Zerman on July 3, 1986 in Fremont and she survives. He worked in the Maintenance Department at Eaton INOAC for over thirty years and retired in 2009.

Joe was a member of Worship Alive Church, the Fremont Eagles and Moose Clubs. He enjoyed fishing, boating, horses, smoking food and working in the yard and garden. He loved attending his children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and enjoyed going to Riverfront Marina.

Joe is survived by his wife of thirty years, Linda Mange, Fremont, OH; children, Joann (Dale) Jennings, Mankato, MN, Traci (Rob) Zoller, Michelle (Scott) Englehart and Tammy (Huy) Tran, all of Fremont, OH, Michael (Lori) Mange, Clyde, OH, Dawn (Gary) McCullough, Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Matthew and Marc Jennings, Cody and Sydney Zoller, Curtis, Kyle, Collin and Kristopher Mange, Cody Hrynciw, Tyler Tran, Brendan, Nickolas and Taylor McCullough.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Mange, Sr.; granddaughter, Natalie Zoller.

Visitation: Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.

Service: Wednesday, July 6, 2016; 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastors Rita and Ron Smith officiating.

    Joe and I worked together at L.O.F.. What a great worker /friend /and all around great person, enjoyed talking to Joe whenever we bumped into each other.. He will be missed by anyone who knew him. Rest in Peace my friend.

    My condolences to all of you as you mourn the loss of your Husband, Dad and Grandpa. He will remain a part of your lives through the many memories you have and the “remember when…” stories you share with others and among yourselves throughout the rest of your time here on earth.
