
John “Boot” H. Jones, 72, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at his home. He was born on September 19, 1950 in Washington, MS to Ennies and Annie Lue (Heidelberg) Jones. Boot enjoyed fishing and cooking.
Boot is survived by several children; siblings, Paink Junior Jones, Frank Jones, Betty Jones, all of Fremont, OH and Geraldine (Jones) Richey of Ravanna Twp, OH; former wife, Johanne Jones, his current wife, Valencia M. Jones and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sons, Johnny “Rickyshea” McGee and Jonathan Raypole.
A Celebration of Life for John will take place at a later date.
