
John A. Stull, Sr., 85, of Fremont, OH passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 31, 2021. He was born on December 25, 1935 in Fremont to Lloyd and Gladys M. (Motter) Stull.
John married Beverley “Bev” A. Slane on July 25, 1957 in Angola, IN and she preceded him in death on July 1, 2020. He worked as a molder at Fremont Flask for over thirty years and retired in 2001. John was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed bowling, golfing, car rides, but especially spending time with his family.
John is survived by his children, John A. Stull, Jr., Clyde, OH, Douglas Stull, Oak Harbor, OH, Thomas Stull, Jerald Stull, Jo Ann Sipperley, all of Fremont, OH, Jeffrey (Diane) Stull, Genoa, OH; brother, James A. (Shirley) Stull, Sr., Fremont, OH; twenty grandchildren; thirty-eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverley “Bev” A. Stull; three grandchildren; siblings, Elizabeth Steward Skeens, Frank Steward, Robert and Donald Stull, Helen Stull Bergman, Mary Stull Whitman, Richard, Charles and JoAnn Stull.
Visitation: Thursday from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
Service: Friday, June 4, 2021, 10:30 am at the funeral home.
Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH.
Memorials can be made to Trinity United Methodist Church; the American Heart Association or the donor’s choice.
