My deepest sympathy for your loss of your wife and your mother Jody.I knew Jody through the relay for Life and she was such an inspiration, I really looked up to her and I loved the fact that she fought the the fight with such Grace and love. Jody’s outlook on life with a big smile and her witt along with her compassion to fight her cancer and to be around for her family..
I always love seeing her at relays and talking with her she was such a encouragement.
I prayed for her to be healed so God healed her in his way. I know she’s a beautiful angel in heaven and she’s looking after her family and friends with Love and hugs. May each of you feel God’s presence in love carrying you through these next days months, know that Jody is with you also loving you and holding you and waiting for you to join her. God bless.

So sorry for your loss. She was an amazing lady I had the chance to get to know in just the last few years since joining the Soroptomist organization. Her community and everyone who knew her were better off because of her. She will be greatly missed.

Jody was a remarkable woman who loved people and touched countless lives in very special ways. Jody’s passion for those battling cancer played an especially prominent role in her life. In addition to being the recipient of the Chamber’s Citizen of the Year Award, Jody was also recognized by the United Way of Sandusky County with the 2018 Mary Recktenwald Award for her selfless community service. She also loved children, as evidenced by her dedicated service to fifth grade students at Otis School to whom she brought the Chamber’s REACH career education program for several years. In spite of her many struggles with illness and the effects of treatment for cancer she was always the person with the encouraging word, never a complaint. Our community has lost a truly special lady, but one whose legacy will live on well into the future.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Jody Clark. I worked with Jody for many years and always enjoyed chatting with her. She was a fun-loving spirit, appreciated by many; and her family should take comfort in knowing this. That spirit will keep Jody with us always, a joy even when we can not reach out and touch.
