
JoAnne Bower, 81, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Valley View Health Campus. She was born on September 11, 1935 in Huntington, WV, the daughter of J. Walter and Ruth (Brown) Johnson.
JoAnne was a Benefits Specialist at Fremont Memorial Hospital for over thirty years and retired in 2007. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. JoAnne enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending fairs, festivals and craft shows. She loved animals.
JoAnne is survived by her children, Lisa (Jim) Hazzard, Gallatin, TN, Greg (Tracy) Bower, Boulder, CO, Lori Urban and Kim Bower both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Brooke Pridemore and Brandon Pridemore both of Denver, CO and Morgan Urban, Fremont, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother and grandson, Kyle.
It was JoAnne’s wishes to be cremated. There will be no services at this time.
Memorial can be made to the Humane Society of Sandusky County, 1315 N. River Rd, Fremont, OH 43420.
