    Dear Nancy and family,

So sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. It saddens my heart to see so many of or used to be neighbors going on to their reward in Heaven.

I remember you all very well, but perhaps you do not remember me. We lived in the tan house three doors down from you on Oak Drive. We were the Tolhurst family.

I pray that you will find peace and comfort in these difficult times and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

    In Christ’s Love,
    Karon (Tolhurst) Chrzan

Dear Nancy, Chris, Susan, Diane and families,
We are so sorry to hear about Jim’s passing. We were so fortunate to have Jim as our neighbour, for many years, at Cypress Lake Gardens. Jim was always so kind to our children and grandchildren. Just recently, in January 2020, Jim told us how much he enjoyed watching our grandsons (aged 6 and 4) roll a bike tire across the road to see who could roll it the furthest. The tire did reach Jim and Nancy’s condo. We will definitely miss Jim.
Take care, we are thinking of you all.

Nancy, Chris, Susan, Diane and Families so sorry to hear about Uncle Jim. Like my dad I always thought Jim was a great man who loved his family very much. Mom always said how wonderful Jim had been as a brother growing up and that Aunt Nancy and Jim were such a great couple. The Fremont Snider’s I always felt very close to when we were very young. Always loved watching Dad and Jim crack a beer and talk about old times growing up in Somerset. Jim would always just call my Dad Deely. I am happy that Jim got to live a long life like my dad and he was with all of you when he passed. Uncle Jim did it right. Lived a great life with a wonderful family and helped everyone he could. Rest in Peace and say hello to all our people in heaven. We will meet again and all be together again one day. We love you all. Bill Deely & Family
