We were so sad to hear about Jim . His Dad was my pitching coach–started when I was in Little League and 7 years old. Jim was my catcher !! We all had a lot of fun together. I have many wonderful memories. Other memories include when we were at wrestling practice and Jim did a forward roll (like a cheerleader) onto the mat and said “Bowling Green High School now presents our Varsity”
Then Norm Geer and I ran out. Even Coach Chambers smirked a little! The three of us still had to run laps for being late though! I dearly loved Jim and his family.
Mary, if you read this I would love to have you give me a call (970) 689-0223. We live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Our sincere condolences to Jim’s companion and family.
Love,
Doug and Peggy Householder
