Gloria Ann Spann

Gloria Ann Spann, 58, of Fremont, OH departed from this life on March 3, 2021. She was born on January 26, 1963 in Abbeville, AL to Willie C. and Janice (Martin) Spann. Gloria graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1982. She was a dedicated employee of Whirlpool Corporation, Clyde division for nearly forty years. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family, and going out to eat with friends, John, Charlie and her friends from Whirlpool, washing her car and tending to her yard. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

Gloria is survived by her parents, Willie C. and Janice Spann; sister, Deborah (Jessie) Heidelburg, brother, Larry (Kim) Spann, all of Fremont, OH; nephews, Darien (Elizabeth) Spann, Nashville, TN, Jalen (Stephanie) Heidelburg, Fremont, OH, niece, Taylor Spann, Murfreesboro, TN; great nieces, Sawyer and Maren Spann; special God sons, Xion and Mace and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins who she loved.

Gloria is preceded in death by her grandparents, Illey Martin and Willie E. and Susie Mae Spann; uncles, Charlie Martin, Willie Ed (Susie May) Spann, Robert Martin, Charlie Lee Martin, Bill Martin, Willie A. Spann, Freddy Spann and Richard Spann.

Visitation: Monday, March 8, 2021 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.

The use of face masks is required while indoors at all services. Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors. If you would prefer, you may express your condolences below.

Service and Burial will be held private for the family.
